Getting healthy doesn’t have to be miserable. In fact, it doesn’t all have to be “healthy.”
I love food. In fact, outside of my kids, it’s probably my biggest passion in life. I find cooking to be relaxing and love to share my food with friends and family. Because of this, I’ll be sharing recipes and food ideas on a regular basis.
Will each recipe be healthy? No. I think splurging has a time and a place, getting healthy has to be enjoyable. Will there be ways to make recipes “healthier?” Absolutely.
Note: Because of a Celiac diagnosis, most of the recipes on this site will be gluten free, feel free to modify based on your own needs…share your opinions and modifications; I welcome the feedback!
